This Shipping Policy explains order processing, transit estimates, tracking, and delivery support for purchases from kelzunora.com.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Transit Time
For supported destinations in the United States, standard transit is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. The available shipping methods, charges, and destinations for your order are shown at checkout.
Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier capacity, weather, customs review, address issues, and other events outside the carrier’s control can affect delivery time.
Shipping Charges & Address Details
Any shipping charge applicable to your order is displayed at checkout before payment. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or dispatch has started.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
When tracking information is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
For a delayed, missing, damaged, or misdelivered package, contact service@kelzunora.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the available shipment information and work with the relevant carrier or fulfillment provider.
Shipment Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipment date. You can accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. A refund for a canceled, unshipped order will be submitted to the original payment method.
