Read Product and Vehicle Instructions

Use each kelzunora™ product according to its product page, included instructions, and the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s guidance. Check the listed vehicle, model year, voltage, app, and device compatibility before purchase. Do not force a connector or install a product where it can obstruct controls, visibility, airbags, seat belts, or vehicle operation.

Driving and Safety-Critical Decisions

Do not handle, configure, or read a phone app or display while driving. Set up the product while parked, and have a passenger make adjustments if needed. Monitoring and diagnostic readings are supplemental information; they do not replace the vehicle manufacturer’s gauges, a professional inspection, load limits, tire placards, or safe operating procedures. Stop in a safe location and verify any reading that could affect vehicle or occupant safety.

Installation and Electrical Systems

Disconnect power when an installation procedure requires it. Do not modify vehicle wiring or bypass a fuse, safety feature, or manufacturer restriction. Use a qualified installer for hardwired or unfamiliar electrical work. Stop using a product if its casing, cable, sensor, battery, or connector is damaged, unusually hot, or functioning abnormally.

Warranty Coverage

A product-specific warranty applies only when its duration and scope are expressly stated on that product’s page or in documentation supplied with the product. To request warranty support, contact service@kelzunora.com with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
