Order Cancellations & Changes

To request a cancellation or order change, email service@kelzunora.com as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours after purchase. Include your order number and the change requested.

We can update or cancel an order only before fulfillment or shipment preparation has progressed to a point where the order can no longer be changed. A request is not complete until we confirm it by email.

If the order has shipped, use the return process after delivery. If we cannot ship an order within the time stated at checkout, we will provide the notices and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
